Fable crashes when changing options.

Hello all,

So yesterday I got fable from my friend, I installed it yesterday and I was going to play today. Now when I start a game, I ALWAYS change my grfx options, so I did the same with Fable. After clicking apply the game crashed. Now when I try to start fable again I get the error the fable isn't closed good. I can choose to start in SAFE mode or normal mode, I choose SAFE mode and I get to the screen where It says press left mouse button, I do that and the game crashes. I can only fix this by reinstalling the game, wich takes some time .... But when I reinstalled the game and tried changing my options AGAIN, the game crashed, etc....

Is there any way I can solve this?

Ow yes: I have my latest drivers,
I am not Using Windows Blinds, but Visual Styles?
And I'm SHURE my pc can handle the game

Tried reinstalling it and not trying to change the options?

I'll try that, but if it works. My game will look ugly ..

Having it on Standard settings doesnt make that much of a difference really, only resolution might make a noticeable difference.

My game is iffy with Options as well. If I change any of them in the main menue the game will lock-up, with the sound stuttering in the background.

However, if I actually load up a save so that I am in the game and then enter Options, I can change without any problem.

Really strange.
