Fable Explorer not working

Hey, my Fable Explorer isn't going that well and I am not at all sure why.

Whenever I go to mod something (in this case modding The Beraver to have A Health augmentation and two pericing augmentations in addition to its single flame augmentation and no open slots).

When I click "Save mods and run Fable" It says "cannot find Spalsh.exe".

In my Fable The Lost Chapters folder, i have a file called Splash.exe, so I don't see why FE isn't working.

Please Help!!!

Mine says the same exact thing, but it still runs my fable and the mods work fine.
Do you click okay than wait a little?
because that's what I do. and it should work.

Yeah that happens to most people with Fable Explorer. It just means that the big picture of the woods doesnt come up lol. (Used by FE)

The splash screen is an image that loads when you start fable. IT really has nothing to do with FE.

It is replaced by FE. Otherwise it would show. It is the picture in your game files that shows whenever the game starts, such as the GameGuard splash whenever you play an MMORPG.

And how does Fable explorer Replace it? Wouldn't it ask for the splash then when I open Fable regularly if it replaces it?

Thanks guys for your great help, as soon as I finished typing out this thread I did FE again and it came up with the splash thing i just clicked Ok and went away to get a drink and when i came back Fable was up and running- with my mods!

Replaces it as in pretend Fable explorer is one massive splash. There is the normal splash but when you run FE it replaces it. (Like a substitute)

With what? What does it replace it with? and if it REPLACES it where does the original file go? I don't understand.

The original file is still there, it's as if the splash is waiting in a line and FE pushes in front of the queue.
