Ive heard of a trick that may work before i try anything else technical:

Once the error comes up Eject the CD from your drive and press "retry", then you should get a error msg saying something like the installer couldnt read CD 4, once that appears insert the CD again, and press "retry" it should start to load and finish the installation (hopefully).

Well, it didn't work. The "graphics.big" file is in the correct destination in my computer. The error in the OP states the file does not exist. I right-clicked and double left clicked on the file to try and make it recognize the plain fact that it is there, but no luck.

The "Cannot install game" thing is waaay too confusing for me D:

Has it been installed on that computer before? If so did you make sure EVERY file was removed when you uninstalled it?

Checked for spyware and virus's?

The disk work on another PC maybe?

Ye, it has been installed once, but my sound card ****ed up so I couldn't be bothered with it so I deleted everything about Fable and I have been trying to re-install since D:

You sure EVERYTHING was removed?

Might be that the disk is faulty or scratched...

Says about that here, that might not be problem but its possiblity:

You receive an "Error 1305: Setup Cannot Read File" error message when you install

Either load up an old save or just restart computer clean disk and try again.
