Fable TLC for mac?

I don't know if anyone plays Fable TLC on mac here, but I just bought the game (40 freaking dollars) and got it in the mail today. I pop it in, install it.
When I try to start up the game it says "Low-end machine detected. As you are running Fable - The Lost Chapters on a low-end machine, the game has chosen to run with low graphics settings."
I don't have a low end machine, it exceeds the requirements

The game then crashes, no matter what I select on the settings screen thing, and says that I have insufficient video memory.
here are my computer stats:
Power Mac G5
1.8 GHz
4 GB Memory
ATI Radeon 9600 Graphics Card 256 MB

Please help! I'm seriously in near tears over this, I feel like there are NO support forums/good FAQs/anything for mac! why bother releasing it for that platform?

hmm u have what i call KotOR Sickness i bought kotor installed it im exceeding requirements i bought vista version then hey presto "Your computer doesnt meet requirements." so i bought a 300$ Graphic and sound card (already had a top of the line video one)Your Computer doesnt Meet the requirements 10 minutes later i had smashed KotOR with a hammer.

try dual booting windows and install it on there. Really i would never use a mac for games though

Windows is the worst platform that I have ever used. Have you experienced a Mac before? I don't think it's possible to have used one and still say that.

I know a good forum for Mac help, I think your best bet would be to post there.

and mytsharppp you very likely need more ram with older models if it can take it.. and two buy the MAC copy of fable from your local MAC gaming or MAC computer store.

^ Who cares everyones entitled to a bit of an opinion of what they like or not..

Yes i dont like Mac's cause they dont play games. But Macs are very fast and mine has alot o memory and is good For Music and such.. I like it.. but the games is a big factor.
