Fable: lost chapters pc problems?

hello all,

well last time i did play fable: the lost chapters was on window's XP, well i just so happen to feel like playing #1 due to #2 coming out, and #3 coming out soon. So i put the disc in, i install it.. and everything works until i finish installing it... well afterward's i go to play fable and it won't start up... i hear the disc tray reading it and stuff, and i go to task manager and it says "fable.exe" but... nothing is working... nothing is starting... and i got window's 7, aka the new "vista update"... i don't know how about i go to getting fable to run, my spec's are FAR FAR FAR above what needed to be... any solutions? thanx

This is why you don't upgrade past XP.

I don't think Fable is compatible with anything past Vista.

Also, is your computer an x64 bit?

I have 32 bit Vista, and it works no problems. I doubt the problem has anything to do with Vista/Windows 7. Even though the backwards compatibility is fail, it still works with Fable.
