Okay so my problem is this:
I installed Fable TLC with no problems, I go to play it and upon start up it just sits at a Black Screen, there's no sound, video or anything it's just a Black Screen.
I waited a couple minutes just in case, unfortunatley nothing happens. So I end the program and the little error report comes. However evertime I go to start it up again. It says do you wish to run in Safe Mode and what not etc.

I hit Safe Mode but the same thing happens. Any help will be Greatly! Appreciated.

CPU: 2 processors running - Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz
CPU Speed: 2.80 GHz Performance Rated at 4.20 GHz
RAM: 511 MB
Video Card: RADEON 9200 SERIES
Video RAM: 128MB
Vertex Shader Ver.: 1.1
Pixel Shader Ver.: 1.4
Sound Card: SoundMAX Digital Audio

I am aware that this may not be the best PC for gaming but accoring to a Website called "Can You Run it" My PC passes minimum requirements.

Hmmm... Try reinstalling the game. Hopefully that works...

I've tried re-installing it many times, but I still get the same result.
P.S Forgot to mention I'm using XP.

Are your various drivers up to date? How about DirectX?

Yeah I'm pretty sure my drivers are up to date. And so is my Direct X which is 9.0 I think.

Try this to check your drivers. The free ones are the most important ones,

Almost same problem. Up-to-date drivers on my geforce 9400 GT, just bought Fable: TLC, and am extremely disappointed to see that MS's support is either going to cost me $60 or tell me repeatedly that it's a driver problem.

Starting the game gives me a black screen, no sound, and something like a hyperlink apparently in the center of the screen, the only visible thing is my mouse pointer, which changes when I mouse over on it.
