Bethesda's hoping to have Fallout 3's The Pitt DLC back on Xbox Live today after pulling the UK version from the service soon after yesterday's launch.

Shortly after going up on Xbox Live disgruntled UK Fallout players reported all sorts of crashes, missing assets and even crazy floating exclamation marks in the skies, which Bethesda put down to a "corrupted" file before removing the content.

However, after isolating the problem and going to work at it, a Bethesda spokesperson told us the firm was "doing final checks on the DLC last night and hopes to have it back online later today." We'll let you know when it goes live.

Users will have to remove the one they originally downloaded and reinstall with the fresh one. Unsure what this will do to save games but i shall let you know when i know myself.
