FE HELP PLZ!

yah I downloaded FE again and I installed it and when I opened it up it maid the error noise and it froze and it wont do anything. plz help if you can

Could you give a little more information? There isn't much we can do if we only know that it makes an "error noise" and "freezes".

1. Did you download it from a reliable source?
2. Are you running any other programs whilst opening the program?
3. Are you saving it to a certain folder or drive which may make it difficult to start?
4. Are you using a seperate unzip program like WinZip which you are unfamiliar with?
