Yes, it's true. Square-Enix's biggest title for the Playstation 3, will also be coming to the Xbox 360 on the same day. The head at Square-Enix, revealed a few average trailers of The Last Remnant, Infinite Undiscovery, and the new release date for Star Ocean 4 (Spring 2009). Only to walk off the stage afterwards, and to turn back to interrupt Microsoft and reveal a suspenseful trailer for Final Fantasy XIII, finishing it off with the Xbox 360 logo. Once the main character Lightning's face popped on screen, the E3 crowd jumped in excitement. Followed up by a close for the Microsoft press spot of E3.

You still have MGS 4, Tekken 6 and Gran Turismo... and you can play Soul Calibur 4 with Dart Vader instead of Yoda. (I prefer Yoda though)

I always thought it was possible with the sales of titles like Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon being high. Also that the Xbox 360 userbase is very big and JRPG's have been doing well on it but i never thought Sony would let this one slip away. Makes me happy inside if this turns out to be true and FFXIII ends up a good game (last good one was FFX).

Yeah, it's true. Expect Microsoft to start planting a flag everywhere advertising it around the world. However, it's been revealed as well that FFXIII for the 360 will only release in the US and Europe, and not Japan. FF13 will release on the PS3 first, but only in Japan, and then simultaneously in the US & UK on PS3/360. Final Fantasy Versus XIII however, remains a PS3 exclusive.

PS3 Fanboys are outraged though, and internet blog communities are exploding all over the internet... ended up getting intense chills myself, well done Microsoft.. well done.

I have to applaud Microsoft for getting that title onto the Xbox 360 too. It was the biggest PS3 exclusive behind MGS 4 and im not surprised to see the fanboys erupt. However its good marketing as the game will cost a small fortune to make and if they want to get some profits back its best to release it on the 360 also.

Square Enix is making a smart move here, both economically and becuase it's making us happy. It's funny how the Fanboys pinned it on Microsoft for "using their money" to "steal" another game from Sony. Microsoft money is soooo evil, Bahahahahahaha!

Yeah funny how they say that when Square Enix are a 3rd party company and not owned in anyway by Sony so are free to make games for who they wish.
