Fist Fighters Gang?

hey, I was wondering if there are certain times the fist fighters gangs group at different places.... and since I have other questions, maybe you could answer them?
how do you tell the time? like I see people saying they were at (some place) at 3:15 but I dont see where it tells you the specific time.
also, whats the "hero save"? I see world save and everything, but not hero save.

okay.... fist fighter gangs are open at night. and hero save only happens when yer in a quest so when u hero save it just saves yer items clothes etc. not where u r and stuff .
