In case you haven't figured it out or somebody hasn't explained how to do it yet, You open up FE, and then you'll click File -> Create new Fable Mod Package
It will provide simple instructions on how to build your .fmp. Essentially you drag and drop the components you have changed from the tree on the left into the white box on the New FMP dialogue. Hope this helps =D
