These are edits of in-game tats, not custom tats. They will need to be applied using Fable Explorer.

I made the Harion, Somrune, and Karlan tats blue:

Made the Seachaos, Balverine Skull, Deathlicon, and Autumn Leaves tats redder and sharper:

To merge the big using FE:
right click textures.big and click merge big, and choose the saved big.
After it does its thing click Actions, Save Mods and Run Fable.

Here is a leg tat that goes with the Harion. It is a custom tat, so save it to C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Games\Fable\Tattoos\PROFI LENAME, then rename it 'leg'.
