Looks like one Californian gamer is throwing all his toys out of his pram and deciding to sue both Microsoft and Bungie for damages in excess of $5 million because he reckons the game keeps freezing his Xbox 360.
He's apparently going to champion the cause of disgruntled Halo gamers everywhere who have experienced the error message:
