I can"t wait first thing i said when i saw peter's dog i thought. look how cute it is.
too bad peter's toungue slipped and told us that the dog dies

Meh, I think people are reading too much into that. Molyneux talks about the experience - so he'll make you think the dog died, or he'll threaten it with death , or it'll at least be kidnapped ... but he'll pull through at the end. With downloadable content for your dog (a possibility, at least) and co-op (again, possibility) you won't lose it. Neither will you get a replacement, when the whole point is getting attached to the fleabag.

Maybe but he wants you to really feel the decisions between good and evil. Seems to me that there will be a choice to save the dog at the end but maybe loose something else in return. The fact that the dog will morph with you will mean that even those you choose to be fully evil will probably grow to like the pooch.

One thing I'm sure about is that he's aiming to mess with our emotions and I'm guessing he'll succeed.
