Get Some References

I realized that I have zero references so I thought I'd send this along to my brothers how liked Fable maybe I'd get one

I kind of wished there was a quick and easy way to Refer people to this site like a button you click and just fill in the email of who you want it to go to and it would automatically put in your Forum Member name and hit send. So I made the next best thing.

Just copy and paste this into an email and change who it's to as well as put in your own member name. Then hit send

We actually used to have a great 'Refer a Friend' modification installed but, because it's really old and dated now, it no longer works with the forum software. It's a real shame because it was great system. Hopefully someone will port it over to the latest version of vBulletin one day.

Yeah i remember that system, shame some old mods get forgotten and stop working with newer versions but +rep for the good idea.

I can add the name to your profile but it doesnt make a real difference or anything and only really benefits if members from here referred you.

Maybe she goes by another name here. That's to bad cause she refers you all the time. I was just trying to give credit where credit is due. I don't really understand the reference thing myself, but it's nice to see I have a few. I just don't know what they do?

They dont really do anything but show how many people you have brought to the forums. If you find out they are here under another username i will add it to your profile.
