We aren't..well, most of us Americans aren't. I'm not quiet sure about the England girls, tho' they shouldn't be too much different.

Girls are all about Reverse Psychology they say i dont want that ring in that catalogue, normally means they do and they want you to get it the next day. Hahaha!! All girls aren't like that. There are some that are pretty straightfoward. If they really want a ring on thier finger, they'll be more than happy to let you know.
