Is it a Glitch?

I just found this could be glitch its in Cliffside Path on the grond side where there is no water there is a bunch of Dead Lookin Trees and i could go in them and i kept goin and i was on the ledge of a cliff and i didnt try but im pretty sure i could jump in the water any one else get this glitch? if its a glitch?

yup, upload it to photobucket, then get the image location, then, to post it here, click the icon with the chain (for a link to it) or the field with the sun in it (to just show the pic here)

well looks like you extracted your game files with free roam to me any one who has can do that... but if you havnt then i geuss it is a glitch.

im glad i could be of help and sorry i dont think you can get rid of it unless you re-install your game but dont be too hasty there might be a way that i dont know of wait for a more experienced modder to come
