It takes a long time, but I've done it.. The glowing hands get annoying after a while..

Iv been wondering this info my self... i have 3454 uses and almost all spells maxed but the blue glyphs aren't very prominent, im full good and 65 years old... is it just because of my age?

You get them, they're just really faded!

oh my char is a little bit of evil lik 1 or 2 bars in so I look young so will that help it show more?

Well, Evil=more faded than good and old

The more Good you are, the less faded they look.
The Older you get, the more faded they look.

So basically if your max good then they show the most at your age.
