i normally dont like starting threads, yet i found this posted today and it mentions some interesting stuff such as an explanation of the death system. hopes ya enjoy

Just remembered I recieved the latest issue of Game Informer magazine yesterday which had a pleasant preview with a brief highlight on the Live Arcade games. It went on to imply the three Arcade games may come in a pack and ( this was the deal breaker for me i think i will buy em early) unlockable haircuts, tatoos, backgrounds ( for the arcade games i beleive) new dog tricks and Weapons!

(Possible story-beginning!)

Warning, this is a spoiler!

The story begins with a boy and his sister off on an adventure to find a magical music box that grants wishes as magic lamps would. After the two siblings finally gain access to the box and wish to live in a magical castle in the heart of town, no sooner are their words muttered than they are whisked away into the center of a luxurious, stone structure. Once inside you meet one Lord Lucien, who informs you that he is searching for various characters called Heroes. Nothing much more is said to his purpose of these Heroes or what their tasks will be for him, but it’s quite an interesting premise to say the least. After meeting with Lucien you are then shoved ten years into the future to begin your journey of good or evil.

Wow. We just got the first hints on the story. I hope this is a legit source. And I find it amusing how similiar Lucien and Lucifer are

Yeah I heard that they were scrapping the no death system. I even made a thread about it.

I think they are a little misinformed:
"or your feline friend will look " (page 2 second paragraph)

Otherwise it got me pumped for fable 2, so with the death system what do we do? mash buttons until we regain consciousness? I thought they got rid of this too because testers would rather turn off the console than become scarred.

So basically we have to press as many buttons as fast as we can to get up. I wonder if there's any consequences when falling like loss of some experience or something besides the scars. Anyways, nice find +rep.
