Re: Golden Joysticks 2007 Awards

For Game to Watch I picked Mass Effect, Obviously
Ultimate Game of the Year and Xbox Game of the Year I picked The Shivering Isles.
Online Game of the Year I went with Gears of War... cause that's the first game I got to play online with Andy

... and I don't remember the rest cause I didn't care

Re: Golden Joysticks 2007 Awards

I can't type up my list, but I can tell you I voted. I really do hope Lionhead gets the award for developer, their innovation and new ideas for video games sure did influence me. I can't wait for the awards next year, because there will be a lot of Assassin's Creed, Fable 2, Mass Effect, White Council, and Fallout 3 on my voting decisions. I don't know, there weren't that many games in 2007 that I really liked...that's why I'm looking forward to 2008.

Don't get me wrong, i'll surely hop on my couch and see who gets the joysticks.

Every big title that is coming out in next few months will be up for an award guaranteed. With the likes the following (just for a start):

Mass Effect
Assassins Creed
Halo 3
Bioshock
GTA IV

Luckily for you it was made in 2007 so might actually be in one of the categories.

I was merely stating an observation it wasnt aimed at you, thats why i didnt quote your message

These games will all be entered into the next awards vote and will make the voting really hard for game of the year.

I knew you were going to say that

You may well be right though to be honest, time will soon tell. Either way its going to be a great few months for gamers after the usual summer lull in games releases.

Don't worry about it, I was just stating how much I miss when it comes to dates for Video Games

On another note, I would go for Assassins Creed, but Mass Effect does seem like a formidable opponent

They are both in my top 5 and i will be buying them both of course. They are going to be amazing games for sure and cant wait for either. They are both trying something new in games and will both be groundbreaking titles for next gen.

I agree, I was talking about which one would get the best game over the other. I would definitely buy them both.

I would say these two are very interesting. GTA IV, I wouldn't say the same. I have mix opinions about that game
