Halo 3/Rock Band Dilemma

Alright, I am faced with the dilemma of buying Halo 3, or saving for Rock Band, and the Legendary Edition of Halo 3 is $69.83CAN at Wal-Mart. (EB Games isn't giving me a ****ing price, and the Canadian site just plain sucks. Help me out on this one, I'm having troubles on this one.

wow, definitely go for Halo 3, its the best game ever made....the fun never stops

I've played it before, but I prefer Call of Duty 4 over it. And I really want Rock Band, but Halo is so fun too... And the Legendary Edition is such a good deal right now...

i'd get rock band, Halo 3 is old news plus it does get boring after a while and the fun does stop.....

Hmmm, I gotta think financially here, alright, Rock Band 2 is just around the corner, and Halo 3 is cheap, and as long as you have friends playing, the fun rarely stops. And I need to save cash for Fable 2 'cause it's out in October and has online co-op (

) So I think Halo 3 is the winner on this, because it's a tough decision. +rep to people that helped.

If I were you I'd get the regular edition of Halo 3 - you could probably get it for like $20-$25 now. I have the Limited Edition of Halo 3 and the extras were a bit poo; the tin case is far too chunky and scratches really easily as well. The Halo 3 Legendary Edition doesn't seem to come with anything particularly memorable either. Sure, the Spartan helmet is nice but it's pretty small and it's a shame you can't actually wear it.

I'd just buy the standard edition of Halo 3 and continue saving the remainder of the cash towards Rock Band. Just my opinion, though!

You mean buy the regular edition and save for Fable 2... Rock Band can wait, and is going to have to...
