I think that with FTLC/pc it is random.
I donated 32,000 and got nothing, did it again right after that and got 'gift of youth', did it again and got Paladin title, did it again and got nothing, donated 50,000, and 100,000 and got nothing.
Then I loaded that saved game again. Donated 30,000 and got nothing, did that again and got Paladin.
Loaded again, donated 50,000 and got Sentius.
If you donate 500,000 on the first try you get Sentius every time.
When I played my first few profiles it was usually, the first 50,000got'youth', second 50,000 got Paladin, then 200,000 got Sentius.

Now I just make Sentius the first place prize in the Fishing Competition.

once rly i got youth and the sentius if thats possible i donated a mil and i got both of them at the same time either that was a glitch or something but i did it

....wrong..... all of u... you get the sentius when u get 1000 good points from the fountain. and if u are maxed at good you can get anymore points. so u have to get evil points so u can continue to get good points

and if u are full evil 33k is enough to get all your good points
