but i know some-one who works at a game shop and he said hes gonna give 5 people the game if they get there early when the shop openes when he get em shipped to him but its not worth it tbh id rather w8 good things come from paitence

i find it seriously hard to believe that a big name store like gamestop would put a game on the shelf early, and only limit it to 5 games.

as far as i know, employees take the copies of the games from the storage room after the boxes have been opened, as an ex employee of blockbuster video, i know! we used to do this.

Also small privately owned shops that get games in early may put them on the shelves, here in downtown brooklyn we have a shop owned by an arabic guy who normally puts the games up 2 days early, thats why everyone was whining on my list wondering how i got halo 3 and cod4 early. But this is only the privately owned shops, because if word got out that big name/chain stores put the game on the shelf early they will have a big law suit coming there way because the orange tab on the games clearly says 'do not sell until this date'

yea but technically i didn't buy it lo
i opened the box and got the game out put it on my employ tab then left...
and yea i work at gamestop when i put it on my tab the charge it to my paycheck which i dont receive until November 1 so there =D
