O.K. I got the prison key from the warden's office but I can't find my stuff.
Where can I find it?

Its in the room next to the stairs on the race.. I can't explain it properly so Sephy will probably be here with a screenshot soon..

Second level of the court yard enter the room there.
It's in the chest in the middle of the back of the room

Use your bow with multi shot. Or lightning. Use ranged attacks for the kraken. don't worry about your mother. She's invincible at this part |

Shoot arrows at the Kraken until it hits its tentacle at you and it gets stuck, then whack it with your melee weapon.

Now you tell me! Like the lovable son I am, I used to always throw myself infront of my mother taking the tentacle-beating of a life-time! 
The Kraken is easy in meele too: Just wack the tentacles until it starts using the breath attack, which you can dodge easily and hack away at the creature's ugly head while it "re-loads" the breath attack.
Rinse and repeat.  |

Owh, well I don't know about you, but I had trouble beating the Kraken at one point due to him ****ing my mom up before I could take my sword out lol...
