HELP !!!

I have a big Prob .... have to do the quest where i have to return to Hook und get the key before jack gets it .... BUT !!! i have give the ook to the gld master an clicked the yes button when he said remove all quest and start this one ....
well no my PROB .... i can´t use the Teleport (well thats clear you don´t have this chose at this time of the game ) but also ... the gildmaster don´t teleport me to hook ... and i can´t get through the portal in darkwood.... (for sure)
whe i speak with the gildmaster he says .... you must fnd the key before Jack does ... well n1 sentence .... ut how can i get to hook when the gildmaster donßt teleport me hope someone can help me !!!!

That happened to me once the answer is simple well for me at least I had a quest activated and it was the quest were you have to fight Thunder you cant use your teleporter when you are doing that quest maybe you were on that quest when you started the quest in Hook Coast

ah no i got it had to take the portal at the graveyard ... perhaps i don´t get this part of the sentence but thx for the fast answer ^^

How did you get to Hook Coast without activating the Acient Cullis Gate?
