Anyways, wait till midnight on the time keeper in the upper right hand corner of your screen. As it turns to midnight, head to the statue in the middle of Lookout Point. Press TAB and it will say that the statue is pointing towards bowerstone. Head there and to the back of the tavern to find the doors open.
