i was a warrior called paladin in game with some light will tattoos. i got to the oracle quest and had a custom tattoo. i got a chin beard from bargate and when i go to the barbar the clean shave is gone
yes it is gone and when i go to the snowspire tattosist the remove tattoo option is gone also.
please save me from stupid chin beard!

i believe you can by haircuts off other players, but im not 100% sure

As for your problem, this is obviously a glitch I've never heard of. Try buying a different beard and then seeing if Clean Shave is there.

did you go to the spire? when you are at the spire in your umiform you are stripped of all tatoos and make-up.

The Bowerstone Barber has a Clean Shave card in her shop. The Knothole Glade tattooist has the Remove Tattoos card. Try stealing the cards from them and see what happens. Check your Style Cards Inventory.

in the bowerstone barbar hasn't got a clean shave. but it is fine now. i got a clean shave from a witchwood trader and remove tattoo from knoyhol;e glade
