Help plz

my charactor is about 4 or 5 bars into the "good" alignment and i took a quest to help bandits by accident ( the one where you save one from dieing near the graveyard) but i ran through and only killed the one guy who counted and now everyone is afriade of me how can i fix this .. my alignment is still about 5 bars in good i even have a halo above my head at times but they are still afraide of me ...

How scared they are has nothing to do with how good or evil you are - it is the "Scariness" factor. Be sure to wear neutral or bright versions of the armour you are wearing and perhaps change your hairtstyle to something with -scariness.

Actually all you need to do are good deeds. Go around town and heal everyone, give people gifts and they will forget your murder.(Your good alignment must be quite high as well).
