Hero Dolls

I am working on the Hero Doll quest, and the minigames are easily the hardest thing to do in Fable that I have found. The memory game is doable if you have good eye/hand coordination, shove ha' penny isn't terrible, but coin golf and card pairs are driving me absolutley insane. Anyone have any tips to make them easier?

I'll have to try that. for a good idea!

Card pairs was easy... since I had a trainer (a game editing program) so I froze the time for card pairs. Other games were won on shear luck and skillage.

Re: Hero Dolls

I got slow time to work on a couple, but it doesn't really look like it has any effect on anything besides like a .334343 second difference. There was one doll I think I couldn't get, and I think it was card sorting in Knothole Glade. I wanted to kill myself. I did it like.......a gazzillion times in a row, I can't do it. It's impossible. *fumes*....

Shov'ha penny penny is my favorite.

Re: Hero Dolls

Shov'ha penny was the easyist so it is my favorite.one time i was in the arena and lost 16,000 gold on black jack. I try coin golf cause it looked easy... it wasn't. I got mad and killed everybody i could see on the way to the telaport pad =40people.

Sorry, I can't help. I'm working on it too. Slow Time does help, though. For the most part, you must rely on your own skills for the mini-games.

Re: Hero Dolls

The book quest... It can get annoying. Though, it is amusing watching little kids act out vulgar things. But, then again, I'm easily amused.

Re: Hero Dolls

I've won a ton of cash on blackjack.......can't do the golf thing and didn't understand the instructions for the shoving penny thing and spent most of the time pulling the coins straight off the table.....gosh darn my girlish spatial awareness...

Re: Hero Dolls

Like I said, spatial awareness. I have none. And all the coordination of a paralytic hippo on skates. Card pairs and blackjack are the easiest ones for me.
