C it is....

Seeing as Sepia isn't here and you haven't gotten any action in well over a month you decide to find someone to fullfil your needs. You choose to:

a. Go to the brothel
b. pick someone up off the street

Re: A Hero's Journey

You go out and wander the streets looking for something to suit you. You see a redhead leaning up against a shack you walk over and say "How much?" she replies "50 now, 50 when were through". You agree and go inside the shack. About 25 minutes later you have satisfied your pleasures and had obviously rocked her world. You get dressed but have a feeling of guilt knowing you cheated on Sepia, albeit with a prostitute. You now decide to:

a. Go back to your room
b. Go to the cardhouse to look for the assassin
c. Kill a random person and tell Maze that you completed your mission

Re: A Hero's Journey

You saunter over to the cardhouse to look around for the assassin. It is full of smoke and the stench of grog and ale. It has many prostitues walking around in fluttering dresses and women serving drinks. You see the bartender has a huge scar on his face, possibly from a balverine attack. A blackjack table w/ one empty seat, and a table w/ 5 men in hooded cloaks. Do you?

a. Talk to the bartender
b. Play some hands at the blackjack table
c. See if you can get closer to the men at the table and eavesdrop a little

Re: A Hero's Journey

You wander over toward the men huddled around the table. Casually you creep up toward them near a blind spot where no one will suspect you of anything. They are whispering very quietly but you can barely make out a few words. "sss...ssss... Silas... Mordecai Gang..." That was the gang you were looking for. Do you:

a. slaughter them quick and dirty
b. wait till they leave and take out the one you were looking for
c. grab hold of your main target and use him as a hostage to get the hell out of there.

Re: A Hero's Journey

You wait for hours on end for them to leave but its seems they are staying for the night. Maize gave you 5 days to finish it. 2 to travel here, 1 to kill your target, and 2 to travel back. Seeing as you only have one day and here and your killing time limit is almost over you know you can't wait for them. You must make a different choice. Do you:

a. slaughter them quick and get out of there
b. take your target hostage and kill him later
c. do b but don't kill him and see if you can get a higher pay for turning him in alive.

Re: A Hero's Journey

Knowing that this won't go any faster you decide to make it go faster. You wait for a moment when they are off guard. They decide to order a round of ale and grog. You know this is your best chance to get them while they are drinking. Quick as lightening you pull out your sword and decapitate one while he sips his ale, his head falls to the ground with his foamy drink spilling onto the floor out of the bottom of his throat. Without time to react the men are fumbling around trying to pull out their weapons but you easily take advantage of their slow reaction time. One mans throws a punch but you dodge left and grab his hand and snap his elbow the oppsite direction, breaking it and causing him to writhe in pain and tears on the ground. One man jabs at you with his knife but you force it from his hand and stab him through the forehead, killing him instantly. Thats two down and three to go. You use the mans knife which you just pulled out from his face and call on the other three men, circling the table to use it to your defense. A man tries to lung at you over the table but you take hold of his throat and stab the dagger through his hand and impaling him so he is stuck to the table. You quickly knock him over the head w/ an ale glass forcing him unconscience. The two last men try to counter you on both sides but they have no idea you are a hero. As they come to your right and left side you stick out your hands toward them and cast a lightening spell, effectively paralyzing them. You have won the battle but throughout it you were oblivious to all the other people around you watching and screaming in horror. You know you only have two choices, you decide to:

a. Run back into the mountains and journey back to the Guild
b. set fire to the cardhouse and use the ensuing chaos to your advantage

You have strange reasoning my friend.....

You cast several fireball spells at random and the cardhouse goes up in flames quickly. You dive out the nearest window and cast a few more fireballs into the top story, where the brothel is located. You hear screams from the people trapped inside and explosions from the flammable alcohol. You feel a wave of sadistic pleasure sweep over you and you start laughing strangely while watching people run out of the building on fire. About a minute passes and the pleasure you felt has gone. You don't notice it until the last second but a huge support beam has fallen and you are directly in its path. Do you:

a. dodge left
b. dodge right
c. cast a protective shield spell and hope it protects you from the beam
