Re: A Hero's Journey

Still being somewhat drunk you think "Who is he to tell me what to do" so you get out of bed and go wandering aimlessly. A guard catches you taking a wizz on the coffin of one of the four hero's in the courtyard and he grabs you by your shirt and takes you to mazes study. The guard says to maze in his thick accent "Caught this lil' bastard p*ssin' on the graves" Maze replies "Glad you could join me Sauron(your name is now Sauron, sry I didn't say anything before). You know you are now on the verge of expulsion and you have only been here two weeks, so either rise to the occasion or become another lost cause in society and be expelled." You decide to:

a. Realize your mistake

b. Be thrown out to the world of Albion with no one to take care of you, feed you, cloth you, and without a penny to your name, just the clothes on your back and be shamed and ridiculed for being a pauper and a failure.

Re: A Hero's Journey

You are forced out of the guild and royally f*cked for life. Thnx hexadecimal, game over.

Start over at this question

You lay there just basking in your self-gratification when suddenly Maze bursts through your door. The loud bang wakes Sepia and Maze has a look of confusion and carelessness on his face. Sepia exclaims "What happened!" in a slurred voice, you can tell she is still drunk. Maze says "Well, I never thought it was possible. Someone like you. Well.... Anyway.... Ummm... Get dressed boy then meet me in my study." You decide to:

a. Do as Maze says
b. Forget him and go mess around +1 evil
c. Explain to sepia what happened an then follow on with either a or b

+1 evil

Hexadecimal you cannot make anymore selections in this thread for another 20 posts, give other people a chance

Re: A Hero's Journey

(Its SEpia, not Sopia)

You decide to tell her what happened and she has a hard time forgiving you, that may be because of the hangover. As soon as you are dressed you shoot to Mazes study tripping and fumbling all the way due to your drunkenness. When you arrive Maze has a long sitdown with you and suggests you clean up your act. Maze, although being stern and angry, gives you some mercy and exempts you from all the days lessons if you want to. You decide to:

a. go into the guild woods stream and float around letting the hangover wear off.
b. take a bath, then get some rest
c. just go to bed
d. try to do your lessons

Re: A Hero's Journey

No problem.

You casually stroll to the woods and get down to your underwear once there. You jump into the cool refreshing water and float on your back. You lay there in silence with your eyes closed feeling the tension (and your massive headache) disappear. About thirty minutes later you hear quiet giggling and see small aura of light coming from behind a small tree. You decide to:

a. check it out
b. "Forget it, I'm too damn comfortable"

Re: A Hero's Journey

You get out of the water and look around. You see that your shirt and pants have been taken and you begin running around looking for them. You first investigate behind the tree you saw the light coming from. As you round the corner the giggling gets louder and finally you see a Wood Nymph hovering in the air holding your clothes. You either:

a. nail that bitch with a rock
b. swing the nearest stick at it with all your might
c. nail that bitch with a rock (no, that was not accidental)

Re: A Hero's Journey

You decide to nail that bitch with the nearest rock you grab. It is a hefty one. You bring your arm back and throw. It hits her square on the face but not before she summons two small white hobbes. Luckily the nymph is gone but now you have got two more things to worry about. You can choose to:

a. try to fight them off, half naked with no weapons.
or
b. grab your clothes and run out of the woods hoping they follow you back to the guild where they can be killed.

Re: A Hero's Journey

Your not a hero yet, so remember what could happen. You have only just started out with a stick.

Being so brave and courageous you decide to fight them off. As one swings its hammer at you you barrel roll behind it but then the second one does a wild swing in turn. It knocks the other hobbes in the gut with its axe, nearly slicing it in half, and splatters you with blood. You take the several seconds that it takes for the hobbe to pull out its axe and grab a massive rock from the stream bed. Barely being able to hold it you run as best you can using your momentum to push with all your might at the charging hobbe. the rock flies from your arms and you hear a loud "Splat!" the hobbe was crushed and it guts and entrails ushered out covering you and the ground in the surrounding area with blood and horrible smelling goo. Triumphant, covered in hobbe slop, and somewhat estranged you wade back into the river to wash it all off. You now decide to:

a. get dressed and leave now that your headache is gone
b. do a. but tell everyone your heroing story
