This thread is where you can post any holiday mishaps that you have experianced. So just tell a funny story that happened to you during the holidays. Here is one of mine.... Keep in mind I want these to be true....
It was Chrismas Eve a couple of years ago and my Aunt (who is normally a teetotaller) gets into the wine. She pulls out a bottle of Gewuertztraminer and starts pouring herself one glass, two, three, four, until she downed about half the bottle. She had several drinks earlier, too. So then she starts making a commotion, yelling and laughing. She starts babbling about a cake someone brought and she yells between laughs "It looks like an octopus!!!" "Hahahaa!!!" "Have you seen this thing it looks like an octopus!" She starts asking people random things, but she says to me "Brian do you love baby Jesus?" By now I'm laughing my a$$ off and I can hardly contain myself. I don't answer and I walk off laughing, and she yells "You don't have a spine!" (I have no idea what she meant when she was talking about then, but hey, she's drunk....
) She sits on our couch and passes out and we all kind of forget about her. At the end of the party my cousin (her daughter) wakes her up and drives her home. That was probably the funniest Christmas I have had.
