how to make money

hey guys first post here, i was wondering how do u make mad money in fable, i have the xbox version, i tried selling and buying a house and used trophys to make some money but this takes for ever since i can only go up about 2.5k at a time. i wanted to buy some houses and shops but damn they expensive, a shop cost over 125k how do u all make so much money???


Edit::: Also is there a way to keep the game going after u beat the main quest like in the elder scrolls?

I beat jack threw the sword away and the game ended? could i keep the sword without killing my sister and keep playing the game??

also is there a map online somewhere of all the towns and places u can go? i din't get one with the game i bought it use, and i have missed alot of stuff? If anyone here plays elder scrolls and you are familiar with the hamster map u'll know what i am asking about.

Well, you can roam around the towns and stuff but you can't really do anything other than kill guards or jump on buildings...

welcome to the forums. You could make money by buying dimonds from bowerston then selling them back, but there is a catch. You must have a hige experience in your trade skills. I done this trick over and over again and now own the whole of oakvale and knole. its good fun. An easy way to take over oakvale is to
1.become evil.
2. go to the bandit camp which is in a valley next to oakvale beech.
3. tell bandits to follow you.
4. go back to oakvale and.......
5. ka boom. You deastroy the village. Tjhey murdure everyone whilst you sit back and relax and laugh.
6. Spend spend spend.
7. rent rent rent.
8.money money money ( off of little britain)

good idea thanks, but would the pirates automatically attack the town?

Buying all of a certain item from a trader and reselling it back to him is the easiest way to make mad money. You can start early with buying all the apples from the vendor by the gate in Bowerstone. You really rake it in in Oakvale when you buy and sell gems like emeralds and such. You'll need a fair bit of cash first though.

I think so, but if they don't then you could just attack some random villager.

Another way to make money and gain alot of good points is to just stay in Hobbe Cave for a while. Those Hobbes carry a surprising amount of cash!

Hi, I am new here. I've been reading this forum for quiet a bit. I keep on hearing about the trick for selling produce (such as apple in the early stages of the game) in massive quantities and selling them back. I've tried to figure this out on my own but I simply a missing something. So could someone go over all the details for doing this? Like, How much is needed in the skill area? Sell it back to the same trader you bought? Little stuff is helpful. Thanks

Buy all the potion from the marchant to the left of the teleporter close of the gate in bowerstone south buy all his life potion spell potion and revive and dont close the trade window yet just sell all life spell potion and revive back to him and then buy it again sell it buy it sell it buy it sell it buy it ect is a bug....... but still more you have potion to sell the more money you will make .....

In 10 minute with 100 life and 100 spell i made over 700000$

Again I must be missing something I did everything you said cless. I started out with 107,842. Bought all of his potions. I then sold him back ending me up with 106,949. Just in case I miss read I tried another time differing slightly by exiting the town after purchasing. I then sold them back and am now at 106,056.
