How to own most houses in the game without being evil!

1. Master FireBall.

2. Go to a town like Oakvale that allows weapons.

3. Without aiming at the person charge a FireBall to the max and fire it at a group of villagers.[this should kill them without getting bad points or the town guards{tsuyu XD} coming after you]

4. Kill enough villagers untill the house you want comes for sell.
(Ensure you have the money to buy {around 15k for a small cheap house up to 120k for bigger pubs} it before you do this because after three days new villagers take the house XD)

yes their will be a sign in front of the house you can buy and rent it or keep a wife in it if you choose so

By "throwing a fire ball at a group of people" Do yo mean at them directly or like at ground 3 cm's away from them?

Master fireball has area affect, and direct collision is evil. If you make it land near them, they will die, you wont gain evil + no crime gold.

Well my method is to get a decent of amount of mana and shield spell and few will potions.

Get good enough so that people in the village will follow you.

Get as many villagers to follow you.

Leave town. Turn on shield spell.

go some where enemys that attack would be.

Do not attack the enemys. Try to avoid getting damage from my moving.The enemy there will also the villagers with you. They will eventualy kill all villagers following you.

This also works in places that magic will not work like bowerstone.
