This interview is great.
It's revealed that your actions can either completely screw up the island or make it beautiful again. Lionhead haven't thought of another DLC so far (Probs waiting to see how many get Knothole Island. The story to Knothole Island is a side quest and has loose ties to the main. you can explore Knothole any time, but the quest are unlocked as you complete more of the main quest. The DLC won't take long to download. IT will take roughly a couple of hours, Lionhead think it is a big island and NO NEW ABILITIES,

Your actions on the island have the power to completely transform the look of the region. They will have a profound effect on the landscape and the lives of the people there.
Depending on your choice Knothole Island will either become lush and green again or dried up and dead

I have a feeling, we don't know everything about the dlc.
There is a shop there that sells mysterious boxes. No One knows what is in them. I hope there's a potion to get rid of will lines.
