Oblivion was released in 2006 and as the GoTY edition only contains the expansions and original games im guessing it wasnt included in the 2007 awards.

PuzzleQuest Though it is a simpler game than most it's pretty fun.

Remember i think they only gave it 6.5/10 so wouldnt have included it in their list.

I give it 10/10! Besides, don't they only have one guy reviewing it? One option doesn't speak for everyone.

If you wanted to think of it that way then you would never trust any reviewers. Obviously it was only one opinion because it did get quite a lot of high review scores too. Also id never give a game 10/10 unless it was perfect in every way, which is near impossible.

Im saying if you base it around that, its all based around personal opinions. I liked it, its a flawed game and not perfect but its also a good game and i like it for the things it did right. However i can see why certain people criticised it and some of the things in it.

Main thing that i found wrong was how tedious and repetitive the side missions get after repeating the same ones over and over. Then how easy the game becomes when you get the counter technique as all you have to do it wait for them to attack, and press one button and its instant kill. Highly unbalanced and can take on like 40 guards at once with ease with no need to run away so makes the free run chase kind of pointless.

Having said that, it also does lots of things right and has amazing environments, and is really sleek and fluid to play and the controls are fantastic plus lots more.

Only thing that I wish they didn't put was the beggers that follow you around asking for money and those poor men who try to push you. That is something little though.... Everything else was PERFECT.

Im glad they were in it, it added to the realism. Though them pushing you and you hitting them causes the guards to chase you... thats a little unfair and annoying.
