Well then you're not playing fable on your PC. The PC version NEEDS Finalalbion.wad to run.

I would search your computer for finalalbion.wad before trying anything.

Theres A folder named "Free roam" but no FinalAlbion.wad

then again, there's no way in hell you've played Fable on your computer. Because Finalalbion.wad is where ALL the level files are stored.

did you go to Start Search? and search your WHOLE computer?

Then if you're having problems with the program refer to the Mod forums, because I can't help you with that.

Ok i opened Albion Explorer... Idk wtf is going on... im such a freaking newb... So since i can get albion explorer up can i start putting in mods? I just want ones that make your guy have a dif color eyes or sky color or weapons stuff like that.. can i do that without what i dont have?

Then you would need like Fable Explorer. Albion explorer only deals with the Games Maps. Fable Explorer deals with everything else.
Again. If you want to know how to do something you're better off asking the people at the Mod Forum
