I couldn't find the necklace so i just did the quest to expose her. I did it again and i am trying to find the necklace but so far it's come up zilch. I no it's in Oakvale but who do i talk to or what do I do?

you have to go to the cemetery. go behind the wall where those two guys are standing, and wait for them to talk about its location. you have to be quiet though or else theyll just keep whispering.

Skip that if you want. You can just dig between the two boats on the (western?) beach, and it'll be there no matter if you hear them speak or not.
