I'm helping the imprisoned archaeologist expose Lady Grey and he told me to find a man who was dating her sister in Borrow Fields. I've looked all over the trading settlement and I still can't find him. Where is he?

I found my problem. I was looking for him but he wasn't there. I tried doing it after I rejected Lady Grey.
