I loved Lost Odessey and the combat was only 'retarded' to people who dont enjoy JRPGS. If those people bought it when it was created by the creator of the Final Fantasy series then more fool them.

GTA4, what a let down! I finished it in next to no time, thought ok I'll play it thru again so I can have the alternative ending, then thought why? it won't make me like it any more!

I also really enjoyed that game, i took my time and completed it in around 60 hours and it was the first GTA id actually finished and really enjoyed the story. I will go and complete it a 2nd time too because some of the missions were just plain fun.

but the GTA games aren't actull made for the missions but for making fun with plice and stuff

I know what you mean but even the police chases in this one seemed a bit lame, the whole "get out of the radar circle" was just too easy, maybe the problem was the hype, everyone said it was gonna be the greatest game of the year, I bought it in the hope it would at least keep me going until fable 2, it didn't keep me going 48 hours!

Maybe so but i actually much preferred doing the missions in this GTA for the first time ever.

Yeah i have to agree about that but it does make the game more assessible to people who found the older games difficult (not that i was one of them). This is the first GTA that i have actually been bothered and patient enough to finish and not got bored of the story and missions.

I think it gets a bit repetitive, and I know its grand theft auto and thats the whole point, but all the missions seem to be go here shoot this man get away, even the girlfriends were boring!

Gta and saints row are both the same. I just liked pimping out my car in saints row. Might have to do that again when Saints Row 2 comes out. But Gta was repetive and did not enjoy it. One of the few becouse they sell alott of games. So its just not for me.......glad someone enjoys killing virtual cops!!!!!

you see i really liked saints row, still do infact. I like the fact that you can waste time pimping your car or your character, what options were there for that in GTA4, about ten different items and no way to alter your characters hair etc?

A let down for me, is (Your all going tom hate me for this) But halo 3 was boring repetive, nothing really new. Same gamplay thatb was really boring. Thats why i love fable bc its always diffrent
