Personally, I think that being able to tear the limbs off your opponents (in both ranged and melee combat and even spells) should be included but you however, should be immune to it. Why would an enemy not be able to simply tear your head off? Why would you be able to get bionic arms in a game in the time of Fable?

Well Fable II was 500 years ahead of Fable so if Fable III is 500 years ahead of that it'd make it somewhere in the 23rd century prolly.
