I dont have PC version but i imagine its in the 'My Games' folder, 'Fable' and then Saved Games.

Uh, yeah C:\Program\Microsoft Games\Fable - The lost chapters Is where the game INSTALLS, where all the DATA is stored.

That doesn't mean it's where the game saves are.
Drakan Was right, My Documents\My Games\Fable is usually where saved games/Screenshots/and Custom Tattoo's are held.

Unless you, yourself, specified where the folder is, It's in My Documents
