Can you get into orchard farm house with it? in case you didn't pick up the rotten apple from earlier on?

no its one of those unlockpickable doors, but i think you can get that book somewhere else

When can you get into the house anyway?

there are some houses that arent ment to be picked. like dark house or whatever the name is cant be picked before a quest when you are there with your sister

i believve its when you escort the trader to orchard farm, but im not sure. you have to chase him when he runs off and the door may or may not be open.

Have you done it before? The trader runs pretty fast.

Man is right. Just follow the trader and the door is open, works every time I have done it.

The only thing is that book "The Rotten Apple" and it is not really worth having. It doesnt apply towards the Book Quest. Just something to do I guess, get into the house, has no value as far as I have seen.
