well on a review of fable peter monarch i think his name is says this:

The oracle says something about timmins and how he had the sword and i happend to find a grave with timmins on it ..i just carnt remember where lol when i find it ill send in a screeny.

nearly all the bards say you need to find a better bard i found one that didnt say that once but it was a long time ago and i forget where it was, he might be a clue to this mystery.

Yeah and this was an early interview and the Singing Sword didnt make it to the final version.

His name is Peter Molyneux by the way

We have had modders go into the code and the sword does not exist and was not put into the games code. Some parts of the quest code to get it are there but it is incomplete and there is not even a weapon model or skin for the sword.

non-existent. There is neither quest code or level scripting related. The only thing that does exist is a text entry.

There's a V_Talentless bard map. And they all say "you need to find a better bard" in my book I consider that a slight little bit of evidence.

The singing sword is actually the master greatsword read its description it says "it almost sings as it cuts through the air" so think about that

• First: You've already said this in another thread
• Second: I said it before, Peter says:

  After the credits. You can obtain the Master Greatsword at any point. And most swords "Sing" When they cut through the air, so it's really no big deal.

how many times has this been discussed? although a interesting thought just occured to me. what if the singing sword isnt in the pc versions and only on the xbox? but if it was im sure someone would have found it by now

Someone WOULD have found it by now. People over at Fable TLC mods have gone into Xbox coding. They have Delved deeply into this topic and have come up with NO singing sword.

personally i dont beleive the sword is out there because if it was i agree someone would have found, it was just my thoughts on the puzzle. although it would be cool if they put it in fable 2 just to shut people up. possibly as dlc

They pretty much just gave a new interface to Fable:TLC on the computer. If you look through all the HUD crap you'll find stuff from the interface used in Xbox Fable: TLC

i remember reading somewhere that if you kick a chicken into a boat a villager will guide u to the sword or somethin and today while i was looking through the +creature in Fable Explorer, i noticed something odd... i was randomly looking through all the name and i came by one that MIGHT be a clue! its a chicken named CREATURE_YOU'RE_ONLY_INTE RESTED_IN_ME_FOR_MY_NAVIG ATION_PLEASE_DONT_DELETE_ ME

now either peter got really bored or this is a clue to SOMETHING
