It may be that alot of folks are like me, and do not know what any of that means. The part about "hook it onto the game process" is a bit worrysome also. I worry about crashing the game. I give you rep for effort and know how at least. To make a trainer at all should make you proud, I wouldn't know where to begin.

It's really not that difficult, they're just confuzzling names.

And hooking it onto the game process is basically attaching the program to the game.
Otherwise it wouldn't be able to affect the game at all if it were a simple standalone program designed to alter attributes of the attached game.
Don't worry, it's really not overly complex.
Basically you start fable, load your character and then open the program.
Hook onto the game and there'll be a bunch of options such as:
Game Speed: <value here>
Character Mesh: <ID here>
View character ID's etc.
