Hmm, maybe just find a big crowd of people and hold Y so you use a charge attack? I'm not sure how I got mine..

For the whipfist achievement I think you mean for killing 15 people at once? Just go into a crowd of NPCs and do the X, Y combo. Or at least I think thats what its called. Basically you sweep across the screen like --------------------
