Bring Me The Horizon are one of the bands my friend likes, I've tried to listen to them a few times. Unfortunately it's a bit extreme for me. I prefer lyrics that you can understand and create a personal connection to. Although I'm sure you can probably do that with screamo depending on your mood.

I understand. Well, actually I don't. So screamo songs do have lyrics, but you don't really hear the lyrics properly because they're screamed so forcibly?

Never been a fan of screamo. I have a friend who loves that scene though, he's a cool guy.
