Rumours our circulating that Microsoft are going to launch a handheld console similar to the PSP.Rumours about what Microsoft will do next seem to be pointing towards them launching a handheld device that would try to kill two birds with one stone namely the Apple iPod and the Sony PSP. The rumours have increased since a report by the largest paper in Silicon Valley said the huge software company had placed the leaders of its Xbox 360 team in charge of the project, which could come to market as early as next year.

Microsoft would love to have a piece of the very lucrative handheld device market but we wonder whether the iPod fanatics would really put down there well designed Apple products and pick up a Microsoft product. Having seen literally hundreds of so called iPod killers over the last few years here at Unbeatable we think Microsoft will have its work cut out as there is so much brand loyalty with the market leaders Apple, Sony and Nintendo.

I don't really think Microsoft need to get into this market, they attempted to make a rival for the Ipod and failed pretty miserably...

Anyway Games are alot more fun on bigger screens IMO.

Its just a sticker on some white plastic and i doubt it would look anything like that because i agree it looks ugly.
