That's still a market of 8+ million not too bad I'd say Plus it's something that the Xbox has over the Wii. Why not actually encourage the practice.

20% is nothing and a hard drive is more or less essential these days. Im looking forward to seeing what comes out of the games studios to use this space.

Kind of shows that although the Wii outsold them both console wise, which console the best titles are appearing on.

It probably doesn't help that A) Most developers can't be bothered to actually try to create a great title for the Wii with good effort and B) Sony continues to be stupid. :-P

As soon as Force Unleashed gets here, I may have to buy a Wii. Lightsaber combat with the Wii remote is gonna be kickass

I dont recall ever seeing Force Unleashed announced for the Wii, the lightsaber combat was for Lego Star Wars 2 if i remember correctly. Also you can use Wii Remote with 360 apparently.

At least so far their only sticking to MMOs, and I hope it stays that way. I can't afford nice things easily and I don't want to be restricted to basic games. That'd call for me to unleash my own force...of huge flying, fire-breathing pythons!

Yeah, the whole subject that on that is particularly hazey. They were unsure if they were going to allow requirements or not for normal games. But I prefer to think positive and hope that I won't have to unleashe my minions.

Again, I don't have the money to afford nice things very often. One of which consisting of an HDtv. Though I had one...it broke...somehow. So unless I sell a family heirloom or even my soul, I'm not gonna be able to come close to that form of advanced media. Hell, I can't even play Dead Rising.

And though maybe someday I'd like to get my hands on the stuff, I'm afraid its just too far. Ever hear that expression "so close, yet so far"? Well this is what it means.

Yeah I don't have an HDTV either. I want to get one this Christmas but I'm not sure that I'll be able to afford it.

well HD TV's tend to be a lot pricier than an XBox Hard Drive... just get one for Xmas or something... you don't need an HDTV to play on a 360
