Modding Request

[Virus]

I'm not a modder, so I wonder if anyone can help me with this.
1) Can someone make the Ice Augmentation
2) Can someone replace the spell Fireball to Iceball, Lightning Strike to Ice Shards (of course with different textures, colors)

Maybe if you fine the texture of the fire stuff, I know how it feels I prefer freezing suckers than burning them hehe.

Either way, you'd still have to change the effects, which isn't currently possible.

I can't change effects, textures. I'm not a modder. That's why I need someone else to do this. I always want to learn to mod but i don't have enough time, experience and a teacher.
